Is ordering online with you safe?
We use industry-standard 128 bit SSL technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it. Credit or Debit card transactions are secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card either online or over the phone. We accept most major credit cards. You can also make a bank transfer if this is preferable.
Can I talk to someone about my order?
Yes, of course. Our phone lines are open from 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, we are very happy to help over the phone.
How long does delivery usually take?
We allow 5 working days for delivery, if we anticipate any delay or longer lead time on an item we will ensure you are informed at purchase.
What is your returns policy?

Can I pay on delivery?
Unfortunately no, all payments must be cleared in full before the item is dispatched.
If my product breaks down or stops working how do I get it fixed?
All products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty. You are therefore able to send the item to the nearest repair centre or if you prefer you can send it to us and we can send it to the repair centre on your behalf. Please see the policies page for more details.
Can I have my order delivered to my work or another address that is not my billing address.
Unfortunately no, the delivery address must be the same as your billing address for security purposes. However, if you pay by bank transfer you may choose whatever delivery address you like.
